The date of this new moon, 8/8, is especially auspicious due to something known as the Lion's Gate Portal that happens every year on August 8. This combined with the New Moon and the Moon in Leo magnifies its power by manifolds. This Portal emits the powerful Golden Light of God and opens pathways which gives all humanity an equal opportunity to work our best and gallantly walk through it.

It is said that for thousands of years, this has been observed and honored as a time of a great energetic influx and activation. This gateway is marked by an alignment between the Earth and the star Sirius (the brightest star we can see). As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion's Belt directly aligns with the Pyramid of Giza, and from our perspective on Earth, it appears that Sirius comes closer to the Earth.

The Lions Gate Portal is the gateway to increased cosmic energy flowing between the physical, mental, subtle, and spiritual realms, and makes it a high frequency time to manifest, set intentions, and connect with your Higher Self. That's the reason why for some it may be better to deeply concentrate on creating detachment, unclinging, and essential endings before the new beginnings.

Freedom of the Spirit

Just a deeply grateful and humble perspective to the ongoing messages. Nothing personal to anyone yet to each one of us.

Be it a Forum of xyz or a Forum of spiritual life but what is spiritual life?
It is a life which has to renounce nothing but the lower self. The lower self of desires separation discrimination and the lot.
We separate ourselves from God which is the biggest one then we separate ourselves from things people countries and the World at large. We categorise discriminate argue debate and almost can throttle each other with our words emotions thoughts and actions. Weapons are far out on that.

We don't want to discuss things that matter "because we are spiritual?"
That is rethorical because a being who truly is spiritual is matured to hear view observe and filter. Has infinite patience to digest other diverse views yet make his own choice out of his inner universal intelligence that innately lies within each of us.

Why do we have to be like a bunch of insensitive or over sensitive immatured beings. The 1st step of sprituality is tolerance of our lot and never to judge or backbite.

All that is happening in the country or the world we need not get pulled And drowned in the drama but rather respond with our soul and stand up with maturity for what we have to. We don't have to sway where the wind goes. Instead be so aligned in our being like that Center Point of the Whirlpool which is the only still point even while the rest of the world around it is swirling.

Let's open our hearts to more patience and understanding tolerance and non judgmental views and truly know that we are not separate from one another or the country or the world.
We are ONE And only ONE Consciousness just simply fragmented into drops.

We can't live insensitively whether it's anything that's happening even 100000s of miles away. What can happen miles away can happen to each of us.
It was like when the 26/11 happened and there were statements OMG how can it happen in south Bombay OMG how can it happen in Taj etc. Why can't it? Have the seeming unhealed people who do the seeming wrong got some status symbol that they would follow of not touching upon the rich or the priests or the artists or the spiritual etc?

All life we live this way Oh it's happening there so why do we debate or talk or discuss? Yes don't just discuss. But discuss healthily. Do prayer circles, group prayers and support the world's events by sending love and wisdom to all humanity creation and Mother Earth rather than blame criticize or curse.
Because we cannot remove Darkness with darkness we can only remove it by lighting the Light.

Nothing is happening in isolation - me you we all are part of it. Would we be peacefully on this chat if there's a war zone out across in country? Aren't each country's soldiers fighting for you me and other human siblings? Why is an actor cricketer businessman or any one to be extracted out? Don't they live and enjoy the freedom that we all have in our countries?

Can the Soldiers turn around and say we will not protect the borders and instead make friends? Can the Soldiers say we shall not protect A or B category of people in the country?

Each one has to understand that whatever is happening is our Individual Social Responsibility as well and not just the responsibility of Govt or organizations or a bunch of people. "WE" the People Make these; They don't make Us.

We have to deeply know that only We ourselves are in control of the 3 IMP things
The thoughts that we think
The words that we speak
The actions that we take
And rest all is the effect of that cause which we create out of these 3 things.

People out there who do things for vested interest will continue. But we can do our bit by not getting drowned in the drama creating more karmic baggage and lower energies and like a true spirit living a human experience stand up for the Eternal Truth each time the Universe presents us with an opportunity.

Bridging the Separateness ♡

Many times I've been made to break this myth with the ones who ask me about God's work and it so happened again right now. The person understood the relevance and depth of how our dogmatic thinking has obstructed our true growth as a True Being that is created in the likeness of the Source Himself. So after the conversation was guided within to share this.

Every work and job is God's work. Why is a doctor engineer carpenter teacher and others Not God's work? Why is empowerment or spiritual or healing work only considered as God's work?
And why is it discriminated and expected to be free or non commercial.... Is the survival of such labeled God's workers free of cost? Time is, Money and this is said because these two are the driving forces of our Karmic survival on the Planet. Be it whatever situation both of these are interwoven and existentially operate in our lives at all levels.

We create separateness in everything and everyone. So much separateness from God, from goodness and from everything, that we have forgotten our Real Self.
We need to transcend this separateness and move from the scattered 'manyness' to the integrated 'oneness' of who we truly are. All and any discrimination should be eradicated at all levels if we truly want to move towards a better world and our ultimate goal of Self Actualization.

We must know that the only difference between what is God's Work and what is Not God's Work is the intent of all our thoughts, words, emotions, feelings and ultimately actions.
So the difference is we either do all of the above with positive, selfless or intent to give back in whichever way we can helping others to do the same on their journey. Where we live an honest integrated life, earn an honest living, not fool or oppress people and fulfill our responsibilities and adhere to them to the T of 100%.

When we stop all discrimination and see God's glory and handiwork in everyone and everything around us. When we love and help fellow human siblings without selfish motives, then and only then all of our work automatically becomes God's Work by default.
The other side of the coin is where we do all of the above with lower intents of greed, hate, sabotage, jealousy and so on and then even the best of spiritual and healing work is also not God's work in any which way.

So look within today and see what all areas you have created separation or discrimination. Be it in beliefs, people things or religion. Make a list and connect to your Inner Being and seek help from the Source within to help you transcend it all.... And all of it hopefully in this lifetime ♡ © Roshani/2016

Asking Right ♡ THINK if U Are.....

What am I doing here? Why am I like this? Why do people always hurt me? How do I make more money? What's my life purpose? What do I do to live more in the Now? And so many more questions we keep rattling to ourselves daily... out of a big list of take homes from my recent 3 fab days with Dave Rogers and the Team of #rockyourbusinessmalaysia was - The Power of Asking Effective and the Right Questions. Thank you Dave and all our loving Global Sages Anne Tham Melinda Paul Zaman Jasmine GreenMan Matthias Gelber Maverick Foo Jason Moriarty and all others for your presence and great sharing that propelled the energy to come up with more focus to share with people on the importance of "Asking Right."

📖 It just reconfirmed all my past work on how important it is to Ask the Right things and in the Right way - whether to the Universe or to Life or to People. This blog is a mix of excerpts from my own learnings and the great learnings at #RYB and some others that I've read and known.

We ask ourselves questions all day long.
“Where are my keys?” “What do I want for lunch?” “What should I do next?” Sometimes the questions we ask serve us. At other times, they do us a disservice. “Why can’t I do anything right?” "Why do I attract all the wrong people in my life?" are examples of such questions. Our brains will always attempt to answer our questions, even if it has to make up the answers. 99% it concocts it and is God darn well trained to do that.

Asking yourself better questions is a great way to improve your life. Better questions will result in getting better answers. Try these ideas to harness the power of asking more effective questions:

Develop a set of questions that you can ask yourself before you even get out of bed. These questions should serve to motivate you and get you in the mood to have a great day. Consider these examples:

“What can I do to enjoy work today?”
“What am I grateful for in my life right now?”
“Whom can I help today?”
"What step can I take today to be one more step closer to my goal?"
And many others like this. Develop your own questions to inspire and motivate you!

Pay attention to the questions that you ask yourself throughout the day. Make note of the questions that make your life more challenging. Correct yourself on the spot and come up with a better question. As an example, “Why can’t I ever be on time?” could become, “What can I do to be on time from now on?”

You will be surprised by how many of the questions you habitually ask yourself are disempowering. We’re all sabotaging ourselves! We can turn the tables and support ourselves.
Do you think a highly successful person asks the same questions every day that the average person asks? Most probably not. Successful people ask questions that empower them and the people around them.

Apply the same idea to your interactions with others. Many of the questions we ask others make them defensive, and a solution becomes more difficult to find. Instead, ask questions that help you both. For example, if one of your employees or friends isn’t getting along well with his family, or co-workers or vendors and associates, you could ask him, “What can we do to increase the level of harmony within our group?” This is more effective than asking, “Why the hell can’t you ever get along with anyone?”

The effectiveness of your communication and choosing the right words shall increase dramatically simply by asking better questions and using the answers wisely. Ask questions during challenging times. When you first notice yourself slipping into a negative emotional state, use questions to find a solution. Questions focus our attention and we magnify the outcome.

When your attention is on solutions, you tend to find solutions. When your attention is on the challenge or problem, the challenge tends to grow. It's the simple Universal Law of "Where your energy Goes; it Grows."

Ask questions that support your goals. If you’re trying to lose weight, ask yourself about healthy food choices. “What could I eat for lunch that would taste delicious but still support my weight loss goal?” Develop some questions that will assist you in accomplishing your goals. Create a set of questions to ask yourself at the end of the day. Many of your morning questions might be suitable. Ask yourself about your day.
"What was great?"
"What did you learn?"
"How will you do better tomorrow?"
"What could you have done to avoid a situation or to respond to it better?"

Questions are a powerful aspect of language. They determine our focus and ultimately have a profound effect on our level of success. We can use questions to improve our relationships. They can even help us to have a good day and a restful night’s sleep.

Asking more effective questions is a powerful tool. Learn to harness the power of asking effective questions. Your life will improve in surprising and magnificent ways. The Universe is not just listening but constantly eves dropping on our intents of that which we speak. So get to the drawing board, of taking the first step and THINK..... "What are the effective and empowering questions I can ask each day?"

Celebrate Life each moment not just few Days in a Year ♡

💖 We have 1 day every year Happy this Day and Happy that Day, to celebrate and express love, unity, and goodness but rest all days we are OK to drain ourselves with hatred hurt resentments comparison judgements gossip back biting and all that can possible deplete and kill us.
💖  We have 1 day of realization of the importance of Water and put up pictures and slogans for it but daily keep the tap open while brushing teeth, soaping hands while washing or showering.
💖 For a few certain days in the month or year we are vegetarian because we fear being punished by the harsh God fearing schemes that we are mind conditioned with but rest all days of the year we conveniently believe that God is OK with us slaughtering, or killing and enjoying the meat.
💖 You may scold your kids not to shout and back answer you but in minutes would do the same with your parents or in laws or any elders.
💖 In India we may spit and litter our own roads and country but are spic and span and very vigilant when we are traveling abroad because we fear being fined.
💖 We talk about all the corruption that goes on but want to give that bribe for quick passport and other things or bribe for the quick exit from the traffic police.
💖 It is a crime to kiss and have any display of love in public and you might be arrested but it is OK to kill, rape and molest in public and yet have to prove that it happened.

✔ We may have become Westernized but we are not yet Modernized.
✔ We may be Educated but we are not yet Cultured.
✔ We may have Sympathy but we are not yet Compassionate.
✔ We may have all the urge to do all the good, but not yet have the courage or strength to take the 1st step and shall wait for someone else to do it.

Think of all such things in your life where you have or see the slightest contradiction and hypocrisy in, and try to steer away from it. Bring in joy respect balance and celebration each day in your life. Fill your own life with colors of unity and oneness and spread the same to others. Be honest of what you write and spread and put it into practice so that you can become that beacon of Light a thriving living example for the World to follow suit. Happy Colorful Life to each and everyone.

Anger - The 'D' is Silent ☆

Anger is the word of life in which the 'D' is silent. We may take years to build family bonds and all our relationships but a moment of raged and non-awareness Anger can ruin it for lifetimes as that baggage is carried by the Soul unless healed.

Anger is the primary and parent emotion that gives birth to other lower emotions like hurt, unforgiveness, resentment, hatred and jealousy. Anger whether expressed or suppressed is Anger and will have its own repercussions immediately or later. What you build for years can be ruined by a moment of Anger. When you become a spectator to your anger, then you'd be able to deal with it. But if you become it's participant, then your Anger knows how to deal with you. Anger when needed should be expressed but from a spiritual stand point of being in awareness that you are expressing it and of what you convey during that expression.

If it is in non-awareness it is followed by regret, guilt, indifference or complete arrogance and non-acceptance of what has been expressed. ♡ © Roshani/Jan2016

We remember 26/11 for the reasons that tarnished us so deeply. Blessings to all the souls who departed and love and strength to their families and loved ones.
But forget remberering we (majority people) do not even know that the Constitution of this Largest Democracy of the World was adopted on 26th November 1949 and got into force on 26th January 1950 which we celebrate as Republic Day. Why do we always have to shout for help when we are almost a second away from dying?

To commemorate this day let's remind ourselves who we truly are at least in this  earthly space. Before and till end of cycle now, of being Indians or Americans or British or this or that, We are and shall remain Humans as we were named eons of cycles back in time. Then we became colored names, names of locations and finally landed in the vast cage of our man made ignorance and its more ignorant follies. Now how could we control this growing ignorant tribe. The only way to control was the fear of the unseen and fear of the unknown.

And smartly enough we knew what that was. HE was called God. The shoulders on whom we could place our weapons of ignorance and ego and lash out at who we wanted to and of course when we wanted to. And we the smartly foolish ones, thought - how will it ever matter to this unseen and unknown HE what we did because as per our convenient thinking HE didn't exist.

So then started the smart but actually ignorant game of Eternal Blame.

¿ When we achieved something We were awesome and great. But when we didn't; Why does God be so unfair to me?
¿ When we had the most fairytale romance We deserved it because such wonderful people we are. But when it's all tai-tai-phish (term for over and out); God why are you punishing me like this?
¿ When we are healthy and happy we never seem to remember HIM. But when we are going through a seeming issue we are rattling 100 times a day - Why me God? Which in sublime terms would mean why not anyone else.

Then set in the perpetual habits for us Humans -
¿ Taking for granted became our Birthright. Whether that be people, things, life or the dear God Himself.
¿ Intolerance by our own terms became the optimum threshold of world tolerance. It's the famous "my way or the hell-way" (Yes Highway has been replaced years back).
¿ Our motor responses are totally out of sync as we have forgotten to speak or do what we truly think or want to do. We say something, do something else and most times mean or think neither of it.
¿ Herd mentality has been the newest fashion fad. We always want to follow a mass thought process and give our two pence sage advice in everything. Again most times which is out of sync of what We truly mean or say.. thereby contributing to the collective consciousness and Karma of more mayhem.

This can go on. But we need to cut short this nightmare of illusion if we want to wake up to the dawn of awareness. Please if you even for a second truly wish that the World be a better place for all of us, we need to first be the Best for the World. We need to live life as if carrying a plot of land every breath that's called NOW and living in full awareness of the seeds we are sowing. So that we don't have to jump up and scream "where did this come from when we find ourselves in the thick of the Cactus." Apple gives Apple Juice and Orange gives Orange. Until we even turn that around, hopefully it shall remain that way.

Let all of us individually and collectively only exercise kindness, love, tolerance, compassion and oneness in all that we think, speak or do. Let us pledge to no one but ourselves that we shall do our best to Live these qualities irrespective to other people's opinions of how idealistic or too good to be true it may sound.

The picture consists of the opening words of the preamble to the Indian Constitution. The Preamble reflects the philosophy as well as fundamental values of Indian Constitution. It clarifies three most important aspects:
1. It mentions that the Constitution derives its Authority from the people of India.
2. It declares India to be sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic and republic country.
3. It clarifies the objectives of the Constitution are Justice, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity.

In the meantime atleast be a human indian and Let us read the Pledge once again that we spoke shouting our lungs out in the school assembly hall.

I shall give respect to my parents, teachers and elders and treat everyone with courtesy.

The 2 extremism - Intolerance and Unforgiveness ♡

If we truly individually heal our own intolerance or extremism about any small or big factor in our lives then we can heal and stop intolerance and fanatical extremism of any kind and can spread that Light to others. Or else it shall remain in good books like it has since eons of lifetimes and now even in good statuses on our social media.... Are we honest to what we share with others? We can fool the World but not our Soul. Our Soul is the biggest and the most meticulous book-keeper of all records.
Daily sit with yourself and ask within; "Have I been intolerant to anyone or for anything? Have I felt hatred about anyone or anything? "However defensive have I felt revengeful unforgiveness towards anyone or anything?"

Our World chaos belongs to two extremism - intolerance and unforgiveness. Intolerance leads to hate and hate gives birth to thoughts words and actions that the seeming receiving end cannot forgive. That in turn propels the energy towards more intolerance and more hatred. Love begets Love; Hate begets Hate.
 
Be true to yourself and introspect. If you get an answer of Yes to even one thing, then work on it with full diligence and try to heal it. Yes it can be healed. I have healed and transcended alot of personal aspects that were filled with life's lessons and yet continue the same on a daily basis.
 
As we say every drop makes an Ocean, in negativity too every such seemingly small irrelevant occurrences take larger shape as time goes by.
Let's only increase and infuse love tolerance compassion kindness and gratitude in all that we think speak or do. Let's take a stock of things soon. Humanity always need not fall off the cliff to hold the rope. Rather anchor ourself with that Divine rope and go rappelling down the steep mountains of our life's adventure. ♡ © Roshani/Nov2015

Sit yourself down affirming positive statements about your life, goals and everything that you ever want. Intent your visions and goals of life. Do this writing, affirming or praying for minimum of 11 minutes to a maximum of 33 minutes.

Once you finish doing this, feel the emotions and energy moving into the Top of your Head area (your Crown Chakra) and flowing all through you, spreading in every nook and corner of your Mind, Body and Spirit. Then intent the picture enclosed, of moving up the Energy Spiral, and seeing, feeling or intending all your goals and visions accomplished. Small or big goals, long term or short term ones, do not analyze and breathe life into all of them. Once you feel the euphoria or the joyous feeling in your body, through a calm or happy feeling or sensation in your heart center, or any other part of your body. Once you feel any such sensation, place your left hand on your heart center and cross your right hand over it and do the above **Intent Prayer once again.

All that you wrote, keep it with you in a safe place, or your altar space and daily try to read the goals and visions for at least 3 times a day. Just read them, browse through them and feel their energy. If you truly do it, with complete conviction, belief and self discipline to discern all the seeming negativity in or around your life, then you shall see how the energy starts propelling you towards the upward Spiral in all aspects of your life.

The above channeled process can be practiced thereafter every night at 11:11 pm as per your Local Time.

Be the Lotus in the Garden of Life ♡

If you are observant of nature, or aware of one of the most symbolic flowers the Lotus, you would notice how beautiful it looks, even though it's upbringing is amidst a mucky, moss filled background or any pond. It's beauty and purity even then is enviable and in fact treated with symbolic reverence in many World religions and cultures. It's pure and pristine emergence, itself is a symbol of how purity and beauty can stand out, irrespective of its surroundings. Nature has much to impart to humanity, only if we loved and cherished it, more than we have done in our lifetimes of existence.

The Lotus imbibes, what nourishes it, even from that seemingly not so good background. With this the Lotus brings to you the message, that it is which seed are you and it's inner nurturing that matters and not the blame game of its surroundings.

Thus once you focus inwards it doesn't matter who and what is around you. Many other things, murky or otherwise may surely exist, as it's the law of the Universe for all the seeming good and bad to coexist in the duality of your seeming reality. But your sheer determination, detachment from the surroundings and inward efforts shall bear positive fruits and flowers, in your garden of Life.

Pray each day that may God and the Angels be able to help you rise above your duality, detach you from blames and guilts, slowly helping you to walk the road inwards, so that you bloom to your optimum best irrespective of what's around you. <3 © Roshani/Nov2015

Enriching Tips to be a great learner

All transformative leaders and educators are intrinsically great learners. but learning is not just about going through the books and applying the knowledge. To be a great learner, we have to first be a patient and humble un-learner. Each day, we all encounter new information and strive to keep up with all the changes in technology, and all other varied means of competition in our professional lives. In all this daily fire-fighting for the rat race we forget that unless we release our rigidity of beliefs and thoughts and therefore unlearn all that is no more serving us in any more, we shall never be able to make the best of all the new that is being got our way.

Be open and accepting to this unlearning process. and you shall experience how quickly you are able to learn all that you truly need to for that phase of life. You not only learn fast but also attract the right resources that shall aid your learning and further your success. For being a great learner it is also important to understand that each one has their own journey, comprehensive levels, and timing when they are ready to learn and embed. Many people often get drained while pushing others to learn in life, and get irritated, frustrated, angry or agitated when they are surrounded with people who are on a lower level of understanding, learning or embedding that lesson in life. I share with you some important thoughts and intents that you can use as you go along this wonderful journey of unlearning and learning.
 

Daily take out a small piece of your precious quiet time for your inner spirit and dwell on these thoughts. Journal all that surfaces from within while you do the exercise. Use the intents then during the working hours of the day and infuse the energy of that intent in your daily life.

When I am exposed to something new, I look closely and focus on the subject at hand. What do I see? How does it work? Do I make a conscious decision to learn quickly this new information or do I let any old learning, belief or event that took place, hinder this learning?

 

I learn in many different ways. Sometimes, I may research and read about a topic. Also, I look on the internet. I interact with other people to try to gain information. And I ask questions of those who seem to know about the subject. Am I open to receiving knowledge from anyone and anywhere or do I let, any societal status, or educational levels or other trivialities of positions, etc., block the receiving of any knowledge that is coming my way?

 

I keep my eyes open. Observing other people helps me learn quickly. Watching how someone else performs a task provides a visual education for me. This ensures I can perform whatever tasks are asked of me. Am I an encouraging learner and teacher? Do I get agitated with people who are not seemingly perfect in what and how they do? Or do I patiently help them to be the best version of themselves, while fully knowing and understanding their levels and capabilities of learning?

 

I find that when I take the attitude that learning is fun, I am more motivated to take in new information. I learn quickly because I am ready to absorb new input at all times. I see that when I am open to change, I can learn more rapidly. Do I take my learning or job as a mundane routine, or do I constantly infuse love in all that I do and look out for out of the box ideas to bring in innovation constantly?

Am I stubborn towards accepting other people's views and ideas or am I open to listening and doing my due diligence over them? Do I disagree without being disagreeable or do I let loose and bench press my weight around?

Ponder over all the above self-reflective Questions and for all that you are not doing right, work towards the humble acceptance of 'how can I overcome my stumbling blocks to be a great learner, teacher and a transformational leader. The more you focus on these minor details that make up your life, you shall see how the energy within and around you escalates, and how life improve. Journal your thoughts, reflect on your learning, and focus to daily unlearn all that is unserving in any manner or that which has finished its job in your life and has to leave you, so that you move on to higher grounds of abundance, success, health and happiness.

Affirm to yourself: "Today, I feel confident that I can learn quickly, regardless of the situation. As I reflect on all the strategies I use to acquire knowledge and skill, I look for areas in my life in which I have been hesitant to learn new things, so I can better focus on moving forward. I am always in acceptance to learn from anyone and anywhere, as I know that the Universe is my University."

Below is a sharing of another Blessed day at a wonderful workshop for my most loved fraternity "The Teachers" who shaped us and who shall always be instrumental in shaping the future of our Planet too. It was heartening to see their participation and involvement in all that we were doing to learn how to unlearn. We ended with releasing all stress and toxins to be more healthy, loving, alert and responsive with themselves, their loved ones and with the little futures of our country.
