Be aware of negating conversations about self or others. Keep away from ill talks, backbiting, arguments, fights, resentments, hate talks about people, or incidents, places, countries, governments etc. Putting a view across with love & an inner intent & conviction of change is different from simply backbiting or whining about issues of self or the World. All these activities are highly karmic in nature & create toxins in your soul & auric layers. Energies are moving higher & higher. You have to be in awareness of making sure that you're doing everything to keep your inner World loving & pure emanating Higher vibrations & being at a Higher frequency.
