Reacting to all that is triggered around you, is like fueling the fire. You are giving exactly, what the energy wants. Step back, retreat & go within yourself, to find out what your lesson is out of all such episodes. However the surface may seem as you haven't done anything to welcome it, know that it is tapping into a part of you that you are unaware of.
Only this introspection & further unveiling & learning of the lessons, shall stop the recurring events. Remain calm, by diving into your inner well of Peace. Release all blames, guilt, hurt or other emotions, connected to such moments, overcome your lessons, & you shall slowly stop attracting these lessons anymore.
