Let the flow of life seamlessly be in sync with your energies, to become fine music. Let nothing & no one external bring you down or create extreme euphoria. Let both emerge from within until it dissolves it's existence. Stay in the harmony of your thoughts, words & actions to come in the equilibrium of this flow.
