A Daily Exercise to eliminate Lack

Are You unconsciously emitting lack, fear & discontentment? Through personal growth and learning i've realized that we all do this day in and day out. Realized how without Realizing one was creating a Mirror of negativity all around & when i meet so many Clients doing the same, the first thing i tell them is: "Cut Your thoughts and change them."

Do this beautiful simple daily exercise inspired by Louise Hay & Feel the difference.

Make a Checklist of your daily rattling or beliefs that you have:

♥ What are your beliefs about money, abundance & prosperity?
♥ Do you live with the imprints of your childhood where you saw your parents struggling or not being acknowledged?
♥ Do you attach yourself to beliefs of being unlucky, unworthy of money, love or any good?
♥ Do you feel others are progressing and you are not?

All these and more such negative beliefs hold us back. Prosperity is not just defined by money alone, it encompasses time, love, success, joy, comfort, beauty & wisdom. You may be rich with Love, but Poor with Money, or Time. So move away from these beliefs of lack, victimhood or depression.

Daily morning stand up with your arms outstretched and say,
"I am open & receptive to all good. My Highest good is brought to me at all times. I am a Loved, Loving, Abundant, Healthy, Joyful, Successful, Perfect, Whole & Complete Being."
Now look into the Mirror and say it again with the feelings and emotions of the words that you are speaking. Do it first 3 times daily then move to 10 times daily.
Feel the gush of energy in your Heart Chakra in the center of your chest.

Now experience & notice what emotions come up for you when you say this. At first it might be mixed, for you still not believing anything that you're saying but, as you gradually do this each and everyday, you will start feeling liberated.

Do this every morning as it is a wonderful symbolic gesture that helps increase your overall Prosperity consciousness and bring more and more good into your Life each and every moment of each day.
